Job summary

The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited in Cardiff is seeking a Town Planner to oversee urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. You will conduct thorough research on land use, zoning, transport and environmental factors to inform planning decisions, with a manageable caseload and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.
• Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
