Job summary

Inception Pro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Electrician to support major projects across the UK. The role covers installation, commissioning, fault finding, servicing and maintenance of a modern tower crane fleet, mainly Potain/Manitowoc models.

On offer is a permanent full-time position with circa 50 hours per week and nationwide travel, providing real autonomy, technical responsibility and opportunities for long-term progression within a well-established team.

• Familiar with Potain/Manitowoc crane fleets.

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Tower Crane Electrician to join our Tower Crane Division, supporting major projects across the UK. This is a hands‑on role focused on installation, commissioning, fault finding, servicing, and maintenance across a modern fleet of tower cranes, predominantly Potain/Manitowoc models.

Compensation & Working Hours

• Basic Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
• On‑Target Earnings: £90,000 - £100,000
• Permanent Full‑Time Role – Approx. 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Nationwide Travel

Career Development

There is scope for this role to develop into a more senior position, taking ownership of service and maintenance planning across the full tower crane fleet.
