Job summary

SOCOTEC UK seeks a Land Surveyor for the Irvine office to deliver topographical and construction surveys across Scotland, utilising total stations, GPS, levels, and laser scanning. You will work with engineering teams to ensure accurate survey operations and contribute to project safety and success.

Ideal candidates have land surveying experience, knowledge of survey standards, and proficiency with AutoCAD and data processing software.

Qualifications

• Experience in land surveying with knowledge of survey standards and equipment operation.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and survey data processing software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographical and construction surveys using modern equipment.
• Process survey data and generate reports meeting client specifications.
• Engage with clients and ensure project requirements are met.
• Supervise and mentor Junior Surveyors and Technicians.
• Collaborate with Utility and Hydrographic Survey teams on multi-disciplinary projects.
