Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in Glasgow to join the UK’s favourite car‑buying service. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, help drive branch performance and deliver outstanding service.

The role offers a base salary of £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220, 42.5 hours per week in a 5‑on/2‑off rota including weekends, plus a generous bonus structure tied to company performance. No prior car knowledge is required—full training is provided.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of their branches; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
