Are you an experienced Toolroom Technician looking for a secure role within a fast‑paced, highly technical manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a hands‑on Toolroom Technician to join their team and support the maintenance, preparation and performance of injection moulding tooling used in high‑volume production.

Working with precision tooling, you'll use basic machining skills, bench work and technical problem‑solving to minimise downtime and deliver high‑quality moulding performance.

Job Description
  • Diagnose wear or damage, maintain, strip and prepare injection moulding tools.
  • Carry out maintenance tasks and tooling repairs, escalating external repair requirements when necessary.
  • Support production teams by changing tools, ensuring tooling remains operational and implement improvements to minimise downtime where possible.
