Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Nottinghamshire is seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join their innovative team. You will be responsible for tooling requirements, CNC machining operations, and providing support to apprentices. The ideal candidate will have an engineering apprenticeship or HND in Mechanical Engineering along with experience with various CNC and manual machines. This position offers a salary of up to £38K, day hours, and significant career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a time served engineering apprenticeship or a HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with CNC Millers and CAM software is required.
• General knowledge of Injection Moulding is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identifying tooling requirements.
• Carrying out routine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Producing jigs and fixtures to aid production.
