Monday - Friday (Day Shift) and Early finish on a Friday

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a skilled Toolmaker to join a UK known manufacturer in the Worcester Area!

With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, detail-oriented manufacturing setting.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Produce injection mould tooling components using traditional machining methods
  • Operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders with a focus on accuracy and safety
  • Assemble and finish tooling using hand tools and polishing equipment
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy
  • Conduct quality checks using precision instruments and coordinate measuring machines
  • Maintain a tidy and organised work area in line with company standards
  • Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets and support continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of tasks and contribute to a safe working environment
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Toolmaker with hands‑on experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting
  • Proficient in manual machining and hand‑finishing techniques
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances
  • Skilled in using inspection tools including micrometers, gauges, and CMM systems
  • Self‑motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Professional and adaptable with strong communication skills
