Job Title: Toolmaker

Location: Hythe, Kent

Salary: Highly competitive (dependent on experience)

Hours: 39hrs a week (Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm)

About the Role:

As a Toolmaker, you will play a key role in producing high-quality work to company standards. You'll work within a supportive team, ensuring tools are repaired, modified, and maintained to meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture and maintain tools to a high standard
  • Complete toolmaker schedules within set deadlines
  • Read and execute engineering drawings accurately
  • Work safely and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Repair and modify tools as required
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a Toolmaker role is essential
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong teamwork skills and a proactive, target-driven approach
