Tool Setter

Location : Cradley Heath

Hours : Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm

Pay Rate : £14 per hour to start

Contract : Temp to Perm

Our client, a manufacturing business based in Cradley Heath, is currently seeking an experienced Tool Setter to join their production team. This role is being recruited by us on behalf of our client and offers an excellent opportunity for a temporary position to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and preparing tooling on manufacturing machinery to meet production requirements
• Ensuring tools are set accurately and efficiently to minimise downtime
• Carrying out tool changes and basic adjustments during production runs
• Working closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
