You'll play a vital role in coordinating tolling operations and supporting broader supply chain activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external tolling partners.

Description
  • Manage production schedules and stock levels with tolling partners.
  • Coordinate volume requirements and raise purchase requisitions.
  • Prepare and ship components to tollers and monitor order progress.
  • Run regular calls with tollers and maintain MRP parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times).
  • Prioritise tolling activities based on customer needs and business strategy.
  • Act as point of contact for goods-in queries and coordinate sample processes.
  • Extract and analyse SAP performance data for KPIs.
  • Investigate warehouse stock errors and attend operational meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO standards.
  • Coordinate disposal and documentation archiving processes.
  • Support administrative tasks such as process order printing.
Profile

We're looking for a collaborative and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with data to drive improvements. You should have:

  • Degree or equivalent knowledge in supply chain or related field.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
