An NHS Trust in the Midlands seeks a Tobacco Dependency Advisor to work with mental health patients in Shrewsbury. The role involves identifying smokers, providing education on quitting methods, and developing personalized support plans. Candidates must be current non-smokers or ex-smokers and have passed Maths and English at GCSE. The position offers opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment.
