Job description
Overview

To provide structured support, mentorship, and practical exposure to help participants prepare for solicitor apprenticeship opportunities and develop the skills needed for a successful career in law.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in Mentorship – Paired with mentors from TLT's Ethnic Diversity Network and an Apprentice Buddy for ongoing guidance.
  • Attend Employability Workshops – Four interactive sessions covering Mock Interviews & STAR Technique, Personal Brand & Professional Behaviours, Confidence & Communication and Commercial Awareness.
  • Gain Practical Legal Exposure – Participate in Legal Workshop and Networking Event, Insight sessions with TLT professionals, and an Application Masterclasses and Assessment Centre preparation.
  • Develop Career Readiness – Receive tailored support from the Early Careers team in preparation for solicitor apprenticeship applications opening in Autumn 2026.
