Job summary

Acushnet Europe Limited is seeking a passionate Club Fitting Specialist to represent Titleist across Scotland and the North of England. You will deliver world-class fitting experiences, work with PGA professionals and trade partners, and help bring our industry-leading products to life.

The role requires knowledge of TrackMan or Foresight, strong communication skills, a valid driving licence, and willingness to travel, including evenings and weekends.

Titleist Club Fitting Specialist - Scotland & North of England

We're looking for a passionate and professional Club Fitting Specialist to represent our brand across Scotland and the North of England, delivering world-class fitting experiences and bringing our industry-leading products to life.

You'll be joining a highly regarded team at the heart of the golf industry, working with golfers, PGA Professionals and trade partners while representing a brand trusted by players at every level of the game.

Please note that the successful candidate will ideally live centrally in this region to provide the best service to our partners.

Your Role:

• Execute club fitting events across the region, providing a premium fitting experience that demonstrates the performance benefits of Titleist equipment.
• Support key national account events and product launches, collaborating with the Area Sales Manager to drive brand recognition and market impact.
• Educate consumers and trade partners on Titleist products and benefits of custom fitting (both ball and club)
• Manage inventory and submit event reports.

Your Profile:

• Experience in custom golf fitting (knowledge of TrackMan or Foresight is needed).
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to build effective relationships quickly.
• A proactive, positive approach with a desire to drive sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (minimum of two Saturdays per month), travel extensively in region
• The ability to set up equipment as needed.
• A PGA qualification is an advantage, but not required.
• A full and clean driving license.
