What You Will Receive:
  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

Training and Development:

Your journey begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes industry-leading training, day-to-day learning led by experts, and a fully-paid hotel stay in Colchester.

Impact as a Sales Development Representative:
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly business targets
  • Manage valuation generation activities using ROSIE software
  • Proactively communicate with valuation opportunities
  • Fulfill call-out campaigns and maintain ROSIE standards
  • Prepare updates for the Morning Meeting
  • Lead canvassing strategies and track leads effectively
  • Engage in coaching and business development through regular meetings
  • Manage portal opportunities and respond to leads
  • Build customer relationships and generate referrals
  • Engage in local prospecting activities, including social media and door knocking
  • Handle inbound calls and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seek and promote Google reviews to build reputation

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
