• Tints materials according to the given recipe.
• Reports mistakes when they occur.
• Retains samples and keeps batch data for future reference.
• Keeps workplace and surrounding areas tidy.
• Keeps all machinery clean and in working condition; reports faulty equipment.
• Maintains safe operating procedures through knowledge of safety rules and lab procedures.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with colleagues.
• Follows all waste management procedures.
• Reworks/adjusts returned materials from customers under instruction; operates tinting machinery.
• Moves raw materials between warehouse and colour laboratory.
• May be involved in deliveries to the customer (facility dependent).
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Blender II/III, Blending Supervisor, or Facility Manager.
