Qualifications

  • Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day operations of the Timetabling and Course Planning Team.
  • Input timetable information into the college database system.
  • Respond to requests and queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Create and amend course and programme data.
  • Manage timetabling and curriculum set‑up.
  • Maintain accurate and timely student data using college systems.
