Timetable and Room Booking Administrator

Part-time, 29.6 hours per week

Salary £25,249 to £26,707 per annum, pro rata

(Actual salary - £20,199 - £21,365)

The University of Winchester is looking for an experienced administrator to work in the Timetabling and Room Booking team to monitor and administer the University’s non-timetable room bookings.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for all general room booking enquiries and deliver a friendly, customer focus service. The post holder will process all non-timetable room requests and will occasionally assist in processing timetable change requests and making amendments to the academic timetable.

As the ideal candidate for this post you must enjoy delivering excellent customer service, working to tight deadlines, producing highly accurate work, problem solving, working independently and using your own initiative, but at the same time you should enjoy a team environment which thrives on the success of a common goal.
