Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a Production Operative for a Castle Donington location in the DE74 area. The role is full-time, day shift, 07:30–16:00, Monday to Friday, starting immediately.

You will assemble timber products, perform quality checks, and help maintain stock and a safe working environment. Candidates should have experience with timber/joinery, be comfortable with hand and power tools, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in timber, joinery and woodworking is ESSENTIAL.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and handling.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Responsibilities
