You will be responsible for overseeing high-end residential and commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Experience in ceramic wall and floor tiling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-management ability.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS card required.
• SMSTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage labour and materials for timely project delivery.
• Liaise with main contractors' site teams to meet programme and quality expectations.
• Monitor and report project progress to the operations team.
• Manage health & safety documentation including RAMS and toolbox talks.
• Attend regular site meetings.
• Maintain strong communication channels with all parties.
