Job summary

Five Point Recruitment is seeking an experienced Tiler to cover East and South Belfast for residential and commercial tiling. A work van is provided and DBS checked, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in tiling, a valid CSCS card, and proven tiling experience in construction or social housing. DBS check is required; driving licence is essential for site travel.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in tiling is required.
• CSCS card is mandatory for site access.
• Proven tiling experience in construction, social housing or repairs.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS check required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces, level and apply adhesives.
• Measure and cut tiles to fit areas.
• Install wall and floor tiles in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Grout and seal for waterproof finish.
• Repair/replace damaged tiles as needed.
• Maintain records of work and materials.
