A sustainable design brand in London seeks a TikTok Growth Strategist to lead their growth efforts on TikTok. This role involves developing a comprehensive growth roadmap, content creation, and managing influencer campaigns to drive sales. The ideal candidate should have proven experience scaling D2C brands through TikTok. This position offers a freelance contract with potential for a full-time role.
Original Duckhead is a design-led, sustainable brand reinventing the umbrella. You’ll find us in Selfridges, MoMA Design Store, and retailers around the world, but our next growth engine is TikTok, and we’re investing in it now.
We’re looking for a senior-level TikTok Growth Strategist to lead our in-house channel, from content strategy and creator campaigns to trend leverage, analytics, and paid amplification.
This is not a content creator role. It’s a growth-driven, creative position for someone who has already scaled D2C brands through TikTok and is ready to build a high-performing, data-led engine from scratch.
Original Duckhead was founded in 2012 with a mission: to disrupt the throwaway culture in the umbrella industry. Did you know every year globally a total of over 1 billion umbrellas are discarded? Most of these umbrellas are not recycled or even recyclable.

In 2025, Original Duckhead operates globally with multiple distribution partners in United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Asia. The head office team is based in Clapham, London, where the B2C e-commerce channel is managed as well as the global B2B sales. In the last 12 months, Original Duckhead has partnered with notable brands including Conde Nast, Kew Gardens and The Conran Shop.
