Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves high-quality TIG welding work both in-house and on client sites in Corby and surrounding areas. A company van will be provided for travel to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out TIG welding to a high and consistent standard
• Work with stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals as required
• Follow engineering drawings and welding specifications
• Perform on-site welding tasks when necessary
• Maintain safe working practices and adhere to company health & safety policies
• Ensure work is completed to client and company quality standards
• Represent the company professionally on all job sites

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Full UK driving licence (required for use of company van)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload on client sites
• Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious

Pay & Benefits

• 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
• Overtime rates: £25.50 per hour Monday-Saturday
• £30.00 per hour Sunday and Bank Holidays
• £100 on-call payment, regardless of call-out
• Minimum 3 hours paid per call-out
• Company van provided for work-related travel
