Job summary

Carbon60 is recruiting for a Pipe Fitter Welder - TIG Process Pipework on a live installation at a food production facility in Glossop, SK13 7AJ. This is a 6-month contract with potential for further work.

Hours are 7.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work. You will install and butt-weld stainless-steel schedule 10 process pipework including dairy lines, fabricate and weld thin-wall pipework to hygienic standards, and work on jacketed pipework and carbon steel sections where

Qualifications

• Proven TIG welding and fabrication on stainless/ carbon steel pipework.
• Experience in food/dairy environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and butt-weld stainless-steel schedule 10 pipework.
• Fabricate and weld thin-wall hygienic pipework.
• Work on jacketed pipework and carbon steel sections when required.
