We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Ticketing Systems & Operations Specialist to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As a Ticketing Systems & Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in leading the delivery of the Ticketing Systems & Operations across Leicester City Football Club.
Your responsibilities will combine system setup and management along with operational leadership - encompassing all aspects of matchday and event ticketing, and you’ll need to bring a highly organised and detail-focused approach to the role. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in ticketing systems and operations. You’ll need a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience within a ticketing or sports venue environment and be well-versed in ticketing systems, access control, and digital sales channels. Excellent IT skills and experience with ticketing databases and data usage is essential, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
