We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Ticketing Systems & Operations Specialist to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As a Ticketing Systems & Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in leading the delivery of the Ticketing Systems & Operations across Leicester City Football Club.

Your responsibilities will combine system setup and management along with operational leadership - encompassing all aspects of matchday and event ticketing, and you'll need to bring a highly organised and detail-focused approach to the role. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in ticketing systems and operations. You'll need a minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a ticketing or sports venue environment and be well-versed in ticketing systems, access control, and digital sales channels.
