Overview

Job Title: Ticketing & Data Manager
Location: Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh
Salary: £28,000 per annum, plus pension and benefits
Terms: Full-time, permanent (35 hours a week, flexible working). The nature of the work and responsibilities might necessitate longer hours and evening work with Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) being given.
Responsible to: Head of Commercial & Customer Service
Responsible for: Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Assistants

The Ticketing & Data Manager is a key member of the Audience & Commercial team, responsible for the operational management of our ticket systems and related data assets. The postholder will work closely with the Marketing and Communications, Development, Creative Learning, and Producing teams to facilitate ticketed shows and events, manage the customer database, oversee the daily operations of the Box Office team, and provide Spektrix training and support as required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational management of the ticket systems and customer data within Spektrix or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications, Development, Creative Learning, and Producing teams to facilitate ticketed shows and events.
  • Manage the customer database and ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance as required.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Box Office team and provide training and support as needed.
  • Provide Spektrix training and ongoing support to staff as required.
  • Maintain and improve box office processes to optimise ticket sales and customer experience.
