A vibrant live music venue in London is seeking a Ticketing and Marketing Assistant to join its team. Islington Assembly Hall (IAH) is a 950-capacity venue managed by Islington Council. For over 13 years, IAH has been operating as a live music venue in the heart of the borough bringing the community huge names including Ezra Collective, Skepta, Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Laura Mvula, The Black Keys and Doechii to name a few.
As Ticketing and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our events, with a focus on delivering exceptional ticketing, marketing, accessibility and admin services. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting and vibrant team, where no two days are the same.
If you have a strong background in ticketing, marketing and/or events, are a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in a thriving venue, we want to hear from you.
The post holder will be required to work some late nights, weekends and early mornings. These may be box office shifts as required or duty management shifts.
