A leading independent catering company is seeking a Relief Chef Manager in London to create seasonal menus and cover management duties. The role requires expertise in high-paced kitchens and excellent customer service skills. Relief Chef Manager - TF Foundation London London Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week
Founded by Frank and Emma Bothwell in 2019, the Thomas Franks Foundation aimed to raise funding for children from low-income backgrounds to access independent education. However, when the pandemic hit, the Foundation quickly pivoted to provide nutritious meals for people at risk of food poverty.
Feeding Communities was born, and the Foundation built partnerships with charities and community support groups across the UK and Europe. Since then, we have provided more than three million meals in partnership with our locations, and charity now forms one of the five key pillars in our core strategy – proof of how central it is to our ethos. We are proud to support people who need us.
We are looking for a talented Relief Chef Manager to join our TF Foundation team to support our business across the London and surrounding areas.
You will have previous experience of working within fast-paced kitchens at either Head Chef or Chef Manager level within contract catering (ideally Independent Schools or B&I).
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus which YOU create! You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset every day.
