Salary: £25,400 annually

Maison Sport is revolutionising the way ski & snowboard instructors work worldwide, improving customer experience in finding and booking instructors.

Objective: Recruit ski schools to join Maison Sport on an exclusive basis in resorts across Europe, focusing on Austrian resorts.

Responsibilities: Sign ski schools onto Maison Sport's innovative platform, ranging from cold outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding. Engage with trainer directors via cold calling, networking and in‑person meetings. Guide prospects through contracting and onboarding to ensure they become revenue contributors.

Qualifications: Outgoing, strong relationship‑building skills, native German and English, willingness to travel across Europe, and a mindset of continual learning.
