Job summary

AM Global is seeking a highly skilled Thin Film Coating Engineer to oversee development, scaling, and production of advanced thin film coatings. You will design coating stacks, optimize deposition equipment, and troubleshoot variations to meet strict specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality systems and measurement.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and process optimization experience.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Design coating stacks and simulate thin film performance.
• Develop deposition recipes for PVD/CVD.
• Execute DOEs to validate process windows and optimize parameters.
• Qualify metrology equipment and perform calibration/Gauge R&R.
• Scale processes from pilot to high-volume manufacturing.
