Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one and group sessions to patients with neurological injuries, working alongside occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

A band 2 Therapy Technician post on the acute neuro-rehabilitation therapy service at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, based on Thomas Young Ward, a 10-bed level 1 rehabilitation unit. The post supports qualified occupational therapists and physiotherapists with one-to-one and group sessions for patients with neurological injuries, alongside admin tasks and equipment loans. It is permanent and includes rostered weekends within a seven-day service.

What the job involves

• Deliver one-to-one and group sessions to patients with neurological injuries, working alongside occupational therapists and physiotherapists
• Provide occupational therapy and physiotherapy technician sessions
