Therapy Team Manager – Hitchin

Location: Hitchin
Hours: 22.5 per week (Part-time)
Salary: Up to £55,647 per annum (pro rata)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary therapy team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech & Language Therapists.
  • Ensure high standards of clinical practice and service delivery.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and support to therapy staff.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to drive quality and performance.
  • Contribute to service development and strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Qualified therapist (HCPC registered) – Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech & Language Therapy background.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and team management skills.
