The Therapy Sales Representative (TSR) role promotes, sells and supports the Pain therapies products and services. The role is accountable for driving sales and market share within the London area. The TSR needs to have a strong commercial mindset looking to take competitive market share focusing their work on leveraging the portfolio within key accounts. They will need to demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships with consultants and nursing teams, providing onsite clinical support ensuring Medtronic's unique sensing technology is used to deliver the very best outcomes and experience for our patients. The candidate must have a deep desire to understand the science behind sensing in Neuromodulation and ensure the customer and patients experience with our devices and programming are fully utilised to its potential.

Responsibilities
  • Hit set targets by focusing on driving Medtronic share in competitive accounts.
  • Maintain, build, and strengthen relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
  • Provide and support facilitation of technology adoption and patient needs (e.g., programming).
  • Perform troubleshooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical, clinical, and engineering teams to ensure best use and practices of our devices within key accounts.
  • Ensure competitor knowledge remains up to date and promote Medtronic products in line with clinician and service needs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate data monitoring.
Qualifications
  • Sales/commercial experience in healthcare (preferably neuromodulation or neurosurgery).
  • Scientific degree and clinical interests (preferably in Neuroscience).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Full current UK driving licence.
