Position Overview

The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Rheumatology Team and will be required to input routine data onto the computerised Therapy Audit database system for patients who are receiving Disease Modifying medications and Biologic treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Rheumatology Team.
  • Input routine data onto the computerised Therapy Audit database system for patients on Disease Modifying medications and Biologic treatments.
  • Support cross‑boundary Rheumatology Therapy Audit Services within an Acute Hospital Trust.
  • Work effectively within a busy clerical & administrative team.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain high quality data entry.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Good basic education.
  • English Language GCSE pass.
  • ECDL or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of patient administration systems is an advantage; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, using initiative.
  • Strong teamwork and deadline‑meeting abilities.
