Springfields Academy in Calne is seeking a Therapy Assistant to join our child-centred team. You will support pupils with autism and neurodiversity, applying appropriate strategies to nurture social communication and emotional development.

The role requires building trusting relationships, resilience, and the ability to work autonomously to promote inclusive activities. The position is aligned with FTE Grade H Pt 15-17 salary terms under the school's pay scale.

Formación

• Knowledge and understanding of autism, neurodiversity and social communication needs and strategies to support pupils with this need.
• Knowledge and understanding of social, emotional & mental health needs and cognitive needs affecting development.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
