A major NHS trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Therapy Assistant to join their team. This role involves assisting in delivering treatment to patients in their homes or residential settings. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject, good communication skills, and experience in therapeutic environments. The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our team alongside our experienced Physiotherapy and Nursing staff.

As a Therapy Assistant, you will assist our team in delivering treatment to patients, working in their own homes or in residential settings. You will work without direct supervision, undertaking tasks delegated by qualified staff and you will be expected to take an active role in coordinating, delivering and evaluating individual patient care.
An ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs is essential; a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle would be desirable for this community role.
