Job Summary

We’re seeking a Therapist Supervisor to provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of clinicians delivering mental health services in Kent, Washington. In this role, you’ll mentor staff, uphold clinical standards, and ensure that clients receive quality, evidence-based care every day.
