Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering therapy for stress management, trauma, or burnout.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare or rehabilitation environment.
• Excellent organisational, note‑keeping, and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients' psychological needs.
• Develop individualised recovery plans with the MDT.
• Deliver structured, evidence-based interventions.
