Job overview

This role will involve ad-hoc working to provide therapy for Osteoarthritis sufferers who have an additional diagnosis (including mental health). This may be equivalent to 1-2 hours a week plus engaging in supervision sessions. Training will be provided for this role – 2 x 4 hour sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Complete required initial training (4 × 2-hour sessions) and achieve certification as a 'Bridges trained TIPTOE practitioner'.
  • Deliver up to six 1:1 personalised coaching sessions (each up to ca minutes) over a 6-month period for participants randomised to the intervention arm.
  • Utilise the co-designed 'Living Well' book to support self-management of OA + other conditions.
  • Participate in ongoing practitioner support: drop‑in sessions, newsletters, exemplar videos, checklist reminders, to support intervention fidelity and continuous improvement.
