Therapist – Champneys Henlow
Contract: Part Time
Salary: £25,360.00 OTE

Responsibilities
- Provide first‑class service and deliver the highest standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.
- Maximise treatment and retail sales to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Offer professional advice to guests through talks, demonstrations, spa tours and promotional events; recommend suitable homecare advice.
- Carry out all spa treatments to required standards, adhering to specific treatment times and new product developments.
- Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes; attend required courses to offer all treatments for your therapist grade.
- Maintain working areas, ensure equipment is operational and clean, and report defects to maintenance as needed, adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
- Communicate positively with managers and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes and additions; cooperate with shift changes.
Training & Development
We invest in our learning and development opportunities, from the grassroots level through to the Champneys Apprenticeship scheme, Spa Therapist, Senior Therapist and Premier Therapist Journeys. Dedicated in‑house trainers guide therapists to unlock their full potential, refine skills and prioritise self‑care.
Required qualifications: Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification. Massage experience essential.

Shift Times
- Monday to Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 or 11:00 – 20:00.
- Weekends are worked alternatively.
