Job Title: Therapies Manager (Physiotherapy) – Neuro Specialism

Location: Stagenhoe, Hitchin, UK

Salary: £40 per hour

Contract Type: Ongoing contract, Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

We are seeking a Therapies Manager in Physiotherapy specialising in Neurology. This is a part-time role based at Stagenhoe, Hitchin, with a competitive hourly rate.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team consisting of 2 physiotherapists, 1 occupational therapist and 4-5 therapy assistants.
  • Deliver high-quality treatment plans tailored to neurological rehabilitation needs.
  • Ensure effective delivery and coordination of patient treatment within the facility.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and patient-centred care.
  • Maintain and enhance professional development and team leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • Recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy, especially in neurology (beneficial).
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is required.
  • Previous NHS experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
