The role supports children aged 4–16 with diverse needs, including trauma and ASD. Shift options include day and night, with opportunities for progression and rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills required.
• Emotional resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure essential.
• Trauma-informed, child-centred approach desired.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare preferred or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, consistent and therapeutic care to children and young people.
