Job summary

Apple Orchard in Horsham, West Sussex, is seeking a Residential Support Worker for a part-time permanent role (30 hours per week). The salary is up to £24,923.60 pro rata, including sleep-in shifts, dependent on performance and experience (up to £30,803.97 FTE).

You will help create calm, therapeutic homes for children who have experienced trauma, with induction, ongoing training and clear career progression. A full UK driving licence is advantageous.
