Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset Poole Hospital invites applications for a Radiotherapy Therapeutic Radiographer (Band 5). The role covers Poole and satellite Dorchester, with a 37.5-hour week over four days and a permanent contract.

You will join a modern radiotherapy service with established training and development opportunities. You must be HCPC registered with DCR(T)/BSc Hons Radiotherapy and be prepared to work flexibly across sites.

Qualifications

• Education to DCR(T)/BSc Hons Radiotherapy or equivalent.
• HCPC registration as Therapeutic Radiographer.
• Other relevant courses or academic qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between Poole main and Dorchester satellite units.
• Hours: 37.5 per week over 4 days with a rolling day off.
• Setup radiotherapy techniques using a linear accelerator and imaging functions; use Mosaiq and Eclipse.
