Job summary

Ormiston Families’ Supporting Smiles service is seeking two Therapeutic Practitioners to provide evidence-based mental health support to children and young people. Roles involve delivering therapy across Norfolk and Waveney, including schools and community settings, with supervision as needed for those nearing accreditation.

Salary of £27,666 or £34,467 per year (37.5 hours/week) depends on qualifications and experience; travel around the region is required. Closing date 23 July 2026.

Qualifications

• Qualified therapists and those approaching professional accreditation.
• Experience in therapeutic mental health support for children and young people is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support to children and young people in community settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver THRIVE-informed care.
• Work across Norfolk and Waveney to deliver services in schools and community venues.
