• 3-5 years of experience in Residential Children's Care.

• willingness to obtain Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic support and guidance to children with EBD needs.
• Lead shifts, supervise staff, and manage placement plans.
• Support the Registered Manager with inspections and audits.
• Ensure thorough staff induction and ongoing training.
