Job summary

You will build and lead a high-performing MA/MSL team, develop and execute medical strategy, and partner with the Cluster Medical Director to drive lifecycle management, launches and KOL engagement.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD in Medicine or related scientific field.
• Proven Medical Affairs experience within multinational pharmaceutical organizations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, develop and retain MA and MSL staff within defined therapeutic area.

• Ensure high-quality medical review of materials and compliance with local laws.
• Lead medical events with non-promotional focus and governance adherence.
