Job Description:
To support our growing global Digital Cinema team and increase 24/7 capabilities, the role of Theatrical QC Specialist will have the following primary responsibilities: QC of Digital Cinema Packages in all formats including 2D, 3D, HFR, HDR, immersive audio, subtitles and accessibility.
The successful candidate will be required to accurately schedule their own work and work closely with other members of the Digital Cinema team to ensure production standards are maintained and output is handed over appropriately to the next shift.
Other responsibilities will include involvement in testing of tools and applications, handling associated data entry related to work orders, working with other departments and providing regular feedback to the Project Team, Mastering, GFX, Subtitling and Content Services.
The ideal candidate will be expected to have QC experience and a basic understanding of the technical aspects of various content specifications. They will be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they must be able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads.
The role will be supported with training for theatrical QC and Digital Cinema workflows.
Working Hours : 7-day fortnight – night shift
