A prominent healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking an adaptable Theatre Administrator to ensure efficient theatre operations. The role involves managing patient administration, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and providing excellent customer care. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in a clinical setting. This post is based at the Fulham Road site with travel to our Sutton site where required.
The theatre administration role is integral to the efficient workings of Theatres, and the post holder will be required to work closely with multiple staff groups on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and enjoy working in a multi‑disciplinary environment to support the delivery of a quality service. We are looking for a dependable and highly adaptable individual who is able to work independently and fit in quickly as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good IT skills, inclusive of word processing are essential.
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your administration and co‑ordinator skills. Exceptional organisational and data entry skills are essential. Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role in a medical or clinical setting is required. Please note that this position will not attract a work permit or visa and so only applications from individuals already free to work in the UK without restrictions will be considered.
