Job summary

Nuffield Health Theatre Practitioner role in Chester requires a registered scrub or theatre practitioner with post-registration theatre experience. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, delivering high quality perioperative care and patient experiences.

You’ll supervise and support junior staff, use advanced theatre tech, and have opportunities for ongoing development, including Surgical First Assist training, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered with HCPC or NMC.
• Post-registration scrub/theatre experience.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary theatre team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
• Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.
